financial

  • $100 Deposit and acceptance of terms are necessary to reserve the date and time of your event. Deposit will be applied to your balance.

    • Cleared payment of your final balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event.

    • We will send you an email invoice to pay your balance online, however It is your responsibility to arrange payment.

    • We accept cash, credit, or debit cards. No personal checks will be accepted as payment.

    • This invoice balance is only the package price or add-ons and does not included extra guests.

  • Your final guest headcount is due two (3) days prior to your event.

    • We cannot give refunds for no show guests.

    • If the number of guests that attend exceed your final headcount, you will be charged accordingly at the party’s conclusion by credit or debit card.

    • If your headcount goes up after the (3) days prior, please notify us.

 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • In case, event needs to be changed to a different date and time, your deposit will be used for the 1st change and must be used within 90 days from original date. Thereafter deposit is non-refundable. Date changes needs to be notified to Posh Parties a minimum of one week prior to event.

  • Party cancellations must be made at least two (2) weeks in advance. Failure to cancel party in a timely manner will result in your responsibility for the remaining balance on the party. Deposit is forfeited on all cancellations.

  • Any event that is a no show will not be allowed a refund on balance paid and party will be responsible for remaining balance.

 

Liability

  • You Release, hold harmless, waive and discharge Posh Parties and its staff and of and from any and all claims, losses or damages sustained by me, or by any guest of the event or as a result of any services provided by Posh Parties and staff at the event.

  • I Acknowledge that there are certain risks involved in participating in the party, in addition to the usual risks and dangers inherent in any physical activity, including without limitation allergic reactions, slips, falls, or as a result of physical contact with another person, or any unlikely injuries that may occur onsite.

 

Disclosures

  • We are a party planning event boutique and our parties are for entertainment purposes only. Our spa activities are NOT performed by licensed professionals. We do not cut, file or trim nails.

  • Disposable combs are used for hairstyles. Disposable makeup applicators are used to eliminate any bacteria or infections. Posh Parties reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is experiencing poor hygienic matters.  Examples are infestation of head lice, other diseases of the scalp that are spread in a similar manner, etc.

  • I Warrant that I have notified Posh Parties of any allergies that I, or my child(ren), or any of the guests of the event may have.

  • I acknowledge that while Posh Parties will make efforts to accommodate any requests for alternate products or food but cannot ensure cross-contamination.  

  • Posh Parties LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or illnesses related to any food and/or beverage(s) brought in by Posh Parties, host or parent.

  • Posh Parties is Not a Nut Free venue. 

 

Photography and Social Media Disclaimer

  • Posh Parties reserves the right to photograph events they design, and or/use photographs taken at your event in any or all promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Posh Parties, in perpetuity, and for other use by Posh Parties. As a customer of Posh Parties, you agree that you will make no monetary or other such claim against Posh Parties for the use of any photographs taken of you, your child (or children), and your guests.

 

Party Policies

  • Timeliness is imperative to having a successful party experience! Please arrive on time.  No early entry is permitted. Please make sure guest parent(s) are respectful of time. It is imperative that everyone arrives on time so we can provide the finest experience for every guest.

  • Posh Parties books multiple events on the same day. It is imperative that your guests are aware that regardless of the time they arrive, the party must end at the scheduled end time to accommodate other customers that have events.

  • If a guest arrives late (even the guest of honor) they are welcome to join the party at whatever point it has progressed to.

  • Posh Parties is not a childcare facility. You are responsible for the behavior of your guests at all times. We kindly ask you monitor and attend to any child that does not want to participate so we can provide the best party experience for the rest of your guests. Guests may be asked to leave at any point if they are endangering others. The person booking the event must always remain onsite during the party.

  • All decorations, costumes, accessories, serving utensils, glassware, china, linens, etc. are property of Posh Parties and must not be removed from the premises. Please ensure that your guests are aware of this policy as well.

  • No outside food is allowed for guests of the event.

  • Parents Host can bring in small appetizers and/or drinks only for adults. Following are the guidelines that must be followed:

    • This food must stay in front lobby area.

    • Parent Host is responsible for disposable tableware, napkins, ice and etc.

    • A small ice chest can be brought in to keep drinks cold.

    • No Non-Posh Parties Employees are allowed in the facility kitchen.

Queen & Princess Tea Time

  • A $60 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

  • Deposit goes towards final balance.

  • Dates are based on availability and on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Absolutely no dates will be held or reserved without cleared deposit and signed contract.

  • Posh Parties reserves the right to change dates in case of emergency.

  • Posh Parties LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or illnesses related to any food and/or beverage(s), brought in by  Posh Parties, host or parent.

  • No outside food allowed in this package.

  • Parents are responsible for child(ren) behavior at all times.

  • Minimum of 5 guests and Maximum of 7 guests. 

  • Deposit goes towards final balance.

  • Dates are based on availability and on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Absolutely no dates will be held or reserved without cleared deposit and signed contract.

FAQ’s

 

What should the guest wear the day of the party?

  • If the guests are dressing up in our princess gowns, we recommend wearing leggings and a t-shirt as the gowns go over clothes.  We also ask that guest arrive with clean hair free of gels and hairspray and nails free of polish.

 

What if a guest arrives and doesn’t want to participate?

  • If a guest was included in the final headcount and does not want to participate, there will be no refunds given as we must ensure we have a certain ratio of staff beforehand.

 

Is the birthday child part of the 8-guest count?

  • Yes, they are part of the 8 count.

           

Are boys able to attend?

  • Of course! Little gentlemen are more than welcome to attend our parties and be transformed into royal knights.

 

What age groups can participate?

  • We recommend ages 4-12 however if a guest younger or older wishes to participate, we welcome them.

 

What is the normal flow of a party?

  • Depending on the package chosen, guests will start the party by getting their makeovers. Food (Depending on package) is served approximately one hour into the party after the guests have receive their spa services. We sit the guests down for royal tea and our staff fully serves them. We then sing happy birthday and give them their cupcakes. After their tea party, guests can sing or have a fashion show. At this time, we also help them with their DIY party favors. Activity order is subject to change based on the individual needs of each party and request of parents.

 

How soon can I expect my invitations?

  • Invitations typically take 2 weeks from the date that you signed your contract. Every reasonable accommodation will be made to expedite the process for late bookings.

 

What is the maximum number of guests?

  • Packages accommodates up to 11 guests. We can host parties of up to 18 guests upon request, however it is required that an additional time be added to parties over 11 to ensure that there is time to perform all activities. If you are expecting over 11 guests and did not reserve the extra time please call us as soon as possible for accommodations. There is an extra charge to add time to events. ($50 Charge / 1/2 hour more)
